- A return claim must be submitted within 10 days of your purchase date.
- Returned items must be in original, new condition, sealed in their original packaging.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange as requested. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Warranty Policy

Warranty Exclusions:
- Our warranty does not cover damages resulting from mistreatment or abuse of the product, such as burned speakers and subwoofers due to improper installation or calibration.
