To demonstrate our commitment, we offer a 2-year limited warranty on all items purchased directly from JCPower Audio Systems or through our authorized dealers, exclusively to the original purchaser.

 

What Is Covered in My Warranty?

Our 2-year limited warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value.
 
 
 

What Is Not Covered?

The warranty does not apply to damages or malfunctions resulting from:

  • Accidents or External Causes: Damage from drops, spills, or external forces.
  • Misuse or Abuse: Improper handling, neglect, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
  • Improper Installation: Failure to install the product according to the provided instructions.
  • Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs: Alterations made by anyone other than JCPower Audio Systems or an authorized service provider.
  • Environmental Factors: Exposure to extreme temperatures, liquids, or other harmful elements.
  • Overpowering or Misconfiguration: Using the product beyond recommended specifications (e.g., overpowering speakers or incorrect amplifier loads).
  • Distortion or Clipping: Damage due to improper tuning or signal distortion.
  • Unauthorized Purchases: Products bought from unauthorized sellers or third-party resellers.
  • Repeated Abuse: Multiple returns of the same item with identical damage may be considered misuse.
  • Theft or Loss: Stolen or lost products are not covered.
 
 

How Do I Begin a Warranty Claim?

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support
    • Complete and Submit Warranty Claim Form
        • Provide your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
 
  1. Obtain an RMA Number
    • Our team will assess your situation and, if eligible, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • Note: Items returned without an RMA number will not be processed.
 
  1. Prepare Your Product for Return
    • Packaging: Securely package the product to prevent damage during shipping.
    • Include Accessories: Return all original components and accessories.
    • Labeling: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
 
  1. Ship the Product
    • Send the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
    • Use a reliable shipping service with tracking information.
 
 

How Do I Return Items for Warranty?

When returning items:

  • Proper Packaging: Ensure the product is well-protected to avoid transit damage.
  • RMA Number: Returns without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the product to us.
 
 

Shipment of Your Items Back

  • Processing Time: We aim to inspect and process warranty claims within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the item.
  • Return Shipping: After your claim is approved:
    • You are responsible for the shipping costs to receive the repaired or replacement product.
    • We will ship the item to the address provided during the warranty claim process.
  • Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is correct. JCPower Audio Systems is not liable for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect address information.
 
 

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Inspection
    • Our technical team will thoroughly inspect the returned product to determine the cause of the issue.
  2. Decision
    • If the defect is covered under warranty, we will proceed with repair or replacement.
    • If the issue is not covered, our team will notify you with an explanation.
  3. Replacement Products
    • Replacement may be with a new or refurbished product of equal or superior specifications.
    • If the original product is discontinued, we reserve the right to replace it with the most comparable model.
